A zone where every guest becomes a warrior, not a spectator.

Our warfare contests are an interactive entertainment zone that turns your guests into genuine medieval knights. At specially prepared stations, participants take up a weapon themselves – learning to hold it correctly, testing their strength with a sword and competing in accuracy tasks such as splitting an apple placed on an executioner's block with a single strike.

We have been building medieval-themed entertainment for Lithuanian events since 2004, so the warfare contests carry real historical grounding – from the shape of the weapons to how participants are dressed for the part.

Guests step up when they like — and leave having held a sword

The contests operate as a continuously running entertainment zone lasting several hours, so every guest who wants to has time to step up and try their hand – a single participant's turn at a station takes only a few minutes. Before each attempt, an instructor demonstrates the correct grip and technique, so the outcome depends on concentration, coordination and agility rather than raw strength.

Guests who want the extra spectacle can put on an authentic-style helmet and shield – entirely optional per participant, used purely to heighten the visual impression.

We adapt the format to your event: the contests can run as an individual challenge, where each guest chases a personal result, or as a team-versus-team competition that builds a shared sense of camaraderie. We agree the number and composition of specific contests with you based on your event's theme and guest profile, whether it's a corporate party or a public city festival.

The programme can be extended with an axe and spear throwing zone or a medieval armour and weaponry exhibition, which works as a separate viewing station alongside the contests themselves.

Real weapons, a closely supervised zone

The contests usually take place outdoors, but in the colder season we move them into a sufficiently spacious indoor venue whenever the space allows us to still meet all safety requirements. Experienced instructors supervise the contests throughout, weapons are handled only within designated zones, and the tasks use specialised safe stands – keeping the activity exciting while staying fully controlled.

This activity has already been chosen by well-known Lithuanian companies and organisations for staff celebrations and team-building events.

It never interrupts the programme — and works for the same team again

Because the contests run as a self-contained zone rather than a scheduled stage show, they slot naturally into a corporate party or a break in a conference programme – guests can drop by whenever suits them, without disrupting the rest of the event's flow. A shared task and a shared experience at the weapons station naturally get colleagues talking, even those who hadn't met before.

Since an instructor supervises the whole process and re-demonstrates the technique to each new participant, no two guests' experience plays out quite the same way – which is why companies often bring the contests back for later events, simply adjusting the emphasis or adding a new optional zone each time.

We fit your theme — and bring everything ourselves

Warfare contests slot easily into a broader medieval-themed programme – they can be paired with a knight's show, a fire show or other Viduramžiai LT entertainment at the same event to build a consistent historical atmosphere from start to finish. They also work perfectly well as a standalone activity unconnected to any wider theme – for instance at a children's birthday party or on a public square during a city festival.

Before your event, we work with you to decide how many stations and what mix of tasks best suits your guests' age range, numbers and the event format, so the final programme is genuinely built for you rather than a fixed standard package.

We have been organising medieval-themed entertainment across Lithuania since 2004, so every station, weapon replica and piece of armour is chosen with years of experience running events of very different scale and character. That foundation lets us offer not a fixed standard package but a programme genuinely shaped around your guests – whether it's a gathering of a few dozen people or a large public city event.

Get in touch with us in advance so we can discuss your event's date, location and guest numbers – that way we make sure the warfare contests become the highlight of your celebration.

The practical side — ours to handle

Safety

We fence the area and steward it throughout; the safety gear comes with us.

Instructors

Our people teach and supervise every participant — no experience needed.

Space

A safe run is required; we pick the right spot together with you.

Participants

We match the contests to age, and taking part is always voluntary.

The answers people need most

Are the contests only for physically strong participants?

No, the contests are designed for everyone. The outcome depends on concentration, coordination and agility rather than strength, so both athletic and completely untrained guests can succeed. An instructor demonstrates the correct grip before every attempt, so anyone can join in regardless of prior experience.

Can the warfare contests be held indoors?

Yes, provided the venue is spacious enough. The contests usually run outdoors, but in the colder season we move them inside when the space lets us meet all safety requirements and keep guests flowing comfortably between stations. We confirm the exact venue suitability while planning your event.

Is wearing the helmet and shield required?

No, it's entirely optional. The helmet and shield are used purely to heighten the visual impression, and each participant decides individually whether to attempt the task in full gear or without it. The choice has no effect on the task itself or the result.

How long do the warfare contests run at an event?

A single participant's turn at a station takes only a few minutes, but as an entertainment zone the contests typically run for several hours so every interested guest gets a chance to try. This format lets the contests run alongside the rest of your event programme rather than as a separate scheduled show.

How much do the warfare contests cost and what affects the final price?

The final amount depends on which extras you choose – such as an axe and spear throwing zone or an armour exhibition – plus the event location and duration. We confirm the exact price after reviewing your event's requirements; the starting price is shown in the price card.
