What the guests do

The signal for the finale

The grand finale is released by the host of the event — the signal comes from the crowd, not from the stage. In front of a large audience that moment ends up on almost every phone.

Why it reads as one story, not a string of tricks

Phoenix is the largest and most ambitious fire show in the Viduramžiai LT repertoire — a program refined over more than 20 years that has become our team's calling card. It is also the most technically demanding production we run, fusing fire, music and choreography into one continuous performance.

Rather than a string of separate tricks, Phoenix is a single narrative spectacle: a continuous story of light defeating darkness. Every scene is built so the audience follows one unbroken storyline from the first minute to the last, not a sequence of disconnected acts.

What no other fire show in Lithuania brings

On stage, a team of professional performers — experienced fire-eaters, fire dancers and acrobats — work with 16 different types of fire tools. The program is synchronized with the music down to the second, so every movement and effect reads as part of one continuous story.

The visual scale comes from more than 240 pyrotechnic charges timed to the music, plus 42 special fire and stage effects, lasers and smoke installations. No other fire show in Lithuania combines this level of effects and technical complexity.

It fits a square or a courtyard — and changeable weather

Phoenix is built for large open spaces — it needs a generous footprint — but it plays equally well in a major city square, a stadium, or a spacious enclosed courtyard. Before the event, we assess your specific venue with you and adapt the staging to fit.

Light rain or wind does not affect the flow of the show — the team is prepared to perform in changeable weather. Only extreme conditions call for minor, safety-driven adjustments to the program; the show itself is not compromised.

Safety is our priority: we use only certified, professional equipment, and an experienced technical crew stays on site throughout the performance. For public venues (a city festival, a park) we help you prepare the information needed to coordinate special-effects use with the municipality.

What we can tailor to your event's concept

Phoenix has its own fixed, proven storyline, but we can adapt the musical track and certain visual accents to fit your event's concept. This matters most for corporate events that want to emphasize company colours or a specific message.

We have staged Phoenix for major Lithuanian city festivals and for well-known Lithuanian companies, so we understand the logistics of both large-scale public events and closed corporate evenings. Viduramžiai LT has been performing since 2004, and Phoenix is the most mature result of everything we have learned since.

The practical side — ours to handle

Space

We need an open, level area. If your venue is smaller, we can often adapt the programme.

Indoors

We have versions built for halls; we assess your space in advance.

Weather

Light rain is no obstacle, and we agree a fallback before the event.

Permits and safety

We settle safe distances and technical conditions ourselves and bring the safety gear.

The answers people need most

What does the Phoenix fire show cost, and what determines the price?

The final cost depends on the venue location, the logistics of transporting performers and equipment (distance, lifting equipment if needed), and any extras such as adapting the music or visual accents to your event's concept. The starting price is shown in the price card, and we prepare an individual quote for every event based on your venue and budget.

How long does the show run and how many performers are involved?

A continuous, narrative-driven fire spectacle whose exact length we match to your event. On stage, a team of professional performers — fire-eaters, fire dancers and acrobats — work with 16 different fire tools, while the program is completed by more than 240 music-synchronized pyrotechnic charges and 42 special fire and stage effects with laser installations.

How much space does the show need, and does it fit any venue?

The show needs a generous footprint of open space. The program adapts equally well to large city squares and stadiums or to spacious enclosed courtyards. Before confirming a date, we assess your specific venue together with you, including any safe-distance requirements.

Does the performance depend on the weather?

Not much — light rain or wind does not meaningfully affect the show, and the team performs in changeable weather. Only extreme conditions, such as strong wind or a storm, may require minor safety-driven adjustments; cancellation is not standard practice, since we work with a backup program.

Can Phoenix be adapted to our event theme, and do we need special permits?

Partly, yes — the storyline itself is fixed, but we adapt the musical track and visual accents to your concept or company colours. For public venues (a city festival, a park) coordination with the municipality is usually required; we help prepare all the information about the special effects used so the permit process runs smoothly.

Will the lawn be damaged?

Protecting the ground is a standard part of how we set up. We choose the performance spot together with the hosts and bring all the protective equipment ourselves — the fire never burns directly on the grass. Afterwards we collect our gear and every remnant, so the area is left tidy. If the lawn is freshly mown, very dry, or simply your pride and joy, tell us in advance — we will pick a safer spot, such as a hard surface or a path nearby, or adapt the program.

Kauno miesto savivaldybė

Walt Disney once said: "It's kind of fun to do the impossible." Viduramžiai LT turned that quote into reality, crowning the anniversary celebration of Gargždai's 765th birthday with a very possible miracle. The spectacle they created left an unforgettable impression on every guest and townsperson — professionalism that inspires and creates true festive magic.
