The burn is traditionally timed for around midnight, right when a celebration needs its high point. Couples and companies both favour this moment because it contrasts so well with a dynamic fire show: while a performance moves and changes, the sculpture stands still and burns steadily, so it naturally draws every eye in the dark.

The most popular choice is 2-metre burning numbers, initials or even a full name. After the show we invite every guest to take photos beside the flaming sculpture — a stable, bright flame makes an ideal backdrop for night photography, and those pictures often become the brightest memory of the evening.

For weddings we have created an elegant sculpture of two intertwined flaming hearts — lit at the most important moment of the evening, it becomes a romantic backdrop for the newlyweds' photos.
