What the impression is made of

  • Fights adapted to the TV format and studio work
  • Stunt fight scenes for film
  • Costume, armour and set decoration hire without performers
  • Historical-accuracy consultation for filming
  • Knights and horsemen for processions and parades
  • Custom choreography for stage and opera productions
  • Collaboration with directors and our own staging solutions

We work to your script, not to a program prepared in advance.

When the brief is your script, not our programme

If none of our ready-made programmes fits, we will help you build a custom solution. This offer is not a standard event package — it is aimed at production needs: filming, broadcast, stage or exhibition, where what matters most is historical accuracy and the ability to work to the creative team's script rather than a pre-set programme.

Our knights and horsemen adapt to different production needs in four directions: for TV shows we adjust the fights to the television format and to safe work in a studio; for films we perform stunt fight scenes together with stunt coordinators; for theatre and opera we build the fight into the director's vision; and at city festivals and parades we ride, march and carry flags.

Before every project we go through a technical brief with the producer or director: how many knights are needed, what kind of fight scene, whether horses are required, and what the filming or event location looks like. Only then do we put together a concrete proposal and schedule.

Camera, stage or street – we work to your format

For films we design and perform stunt fight scenes: our team is trained to fall safely, fight for the camera across multiple takes, and coordinate with stunt coordinators and camera operators so the scene reads as dynamic while staying safe for everyone involved.

For TV shows and live broadcasts we adapt the fights differently — here precise timing and single-take execution matter most. We have worked on live broadcasts, so we know how long preparation takes, how to follow a director's cues from the control room, and how to keep a scene safe when it is filmed in a single take.

For theatre and opera productions we place knights into battle re-enactments and other directors' concepts — we work with the creative team from the first idea and propose our own staging solutions, so the fight scene matches the production's story, mood and the possibilities of that particular stage.

This format differs from filming in that the choreography has to work live, performed with the same precision every night, so the scenes are built with a safety margin and rehearsed together with the production's actors and technical crew.

At city festivals, historical processions and parades our knights and horsemen ride, march and carry flags — the programme is adapted to a narrated historical procession as easily as to a festive opening ceremony.

For a film set or a stage production that does not need our performers, we also offer authentic inventory for hire: costumes, armour, weapons and set decorations. Because this equipment is then used independently of our team, we include consultation so that every piece reads as historically correct on camera — from the type of armour to period-accurate details. This option suits productions that need only a prop or one or two performers for a single scene, rather than a full knight team.

Why the armour survives a close-up

Viduramziai LT is an experienced medieval knight team in Lithuania, working since 2004. We have taken part in productions, festivals and events not only in Lithuania but also in several countries abroad — from India and Kuwait to Italy, France, Denmark and the United Kingdom. For international projects we also have experience with logistics — moving inventory by air or by land transport.

Medieval knights only convince on screen when the armour and weapons look real. Our inventory consists of reconstructions of historical finds, so the shot holds up to both a careful viewer's eye and a historian's.

Where you have already seen us

The team's knight fights appear in the films Saulės mūšis, 1410. Žinomas nežinomas Žalgiris, Radviliada and The Heirs of the Knights Templar, as well as in the PlayStation 4 commercial Welcome To The Future Of Play and Viasat's Endless Entertainment advertisement.

On live television we have appeared in Lithuania's Got Talent, I Can Do That, Super City and the Šapro Show; on stage and opera — in the plays Šarūnas and Palikit vardą Lietuvos and the rock opera Jūratė ir Kastytis. Larger events include the opening ceremony of the Latvian Olympic Games, an anniversary celebration for the capital city and the Kaunas Hanseatic Days.

Looking for a show for a celebration rather than a production? See our knight tournaments and fights — a knight show works just as well without a camera.

The practical side — ours to handle

Safety

Fights run at a safe distance from guests; we prepare and steward the area ourselves.

Guests

We involve the audience: after the fights you can come closer, take photos and try armour on.

Ground

We need level, firm ground; a stage is not required.

Weather

We work outdoors too, and agree a fallback before the event.

The answers people need most

Can knight fights be adapted to a TV format?

Yes. We adjust the fights to the television format and to safe work in a studio — from a short segment to a full programme. The script is agreed with the production team in advance, and we have worked on live TV broadcasts, so we understand the importance of timing and precision on air.

Do you perform stunt fight scenes for films?

Yes. Our team is trained to work on film sets: falling safely, fighting for the camera and coordinating with stunt coordinators. The fight scenes appear in the films Saulės mūšis, 1410. Žinomas nežinomas Žalgiris and Radviliada.

Do you hire out just the costumes, without performers?

Yes. We hire out costumes, armour, weapons and set decorations for films and other projects without performers. We also offer consultation so the wardrobe is used in a historically accurate way on camera.

Can you build custom choreography for a stage production?

Yes. We create unique fight scenes matched to a production's story, mood and the space available — working with directors from concept through to opening night. We have appeared in the play Šarūnas and the rock opera Jūratė ir Kastytis.

Which countries abroad do you work in?

We are mobile and travel to a range of countries — from India and Kuwait to Italy, France, Denmark and the United Kingdom. We have experience handling logistics, moving inventory by air or by land transport.
