Medieval-Themed Corporate Team Building

Viduramžiai LT has been building medieval-themed team days since 2004. Instead of a meeting room or a generic outdoor activity, we move your team into a real medieval camp: a tent settlement goes up, costumed characters and period decor set the scene, and participants handle authentically reconstructed weapons and tools — not plastic props. That shift in surroundings does real psychological work: people step out of their everyday work roles, relax, and start seeing colleagues from a different angle. The programme draws directly on more than two decades of experience recreating the medieval era for well-known Lithuanian companies' events and city festivals, so every detail — from the camp layout to the equipment in participants' hands — feels genuine rather than staged.

The core of the programme is a set of original, interconnected activities: sword handling, archery, ancient riddles and traditional crafts. Every task is designed so success depends on focus, communication and shared decision-making rather than physical strength. That means the programme works equally well for an athletic group and a less active one — nobody is sidelined because of fitness level.

We take safety as seriously as authenticity. Every activity is supervised by experienced instructors, and the reconstructed equipment is used under strict safety requirements. Participants only need to show up ready to take part — we handle the rest.

Each station teaches a different way of cooperating. Sword handling requires trusting a partner and following the technique the instructor sets out. Archery builds patience and focus under pressure. Ancient riddles push the team to search for an answer together instead of relying on one 'smartest' member. In the traditional crafts workshop, participants create a tangible result with their own hands — and that produces a kind of satisfaction an ordinary office meeting never does.

The format is fully flexible. We can slot the team-building programme into an event you've already planned, or run it as a standalone celebration organised from start to finish. We travel anywhere in Lithuania — your chosen manor house, a hotel, or even a company courtyard — and adapt the programme for outdoor or indoor settings alike.

For a simpler experience, we offer an all-inclusive option: we handle venue selection, authentic catering, extra games and an impressive evening knights' performance. If participants' families are joining, we can also set up a separate children's area with wooden horses and child-sized swords, so the youngest guests have their own activity while the adults take part in the main programme.
