We forge functional knight's armour, swords and other kit based on surviving historical originals. Every piece is made by hand, combining traditional smithing techniques with careful reconstruction – from shape and proportion down to the finishing details.
We work with top-grade steel, leather and textiles. A complete armour set represents hundreds of hours of meticulous handwork, with every component built to do its job while staying true to the historical original.
From a single weapon to a full knight's harness, each commission is tailored to a specific person, period and purpose. Before any hammer touches steel, we discuss the desired style, era and intended use with the client, so the finished piece matches expectations in both looks and function.
From helmet to sheath — all from one workshop
Our forge produces complete armour sets, helmets, gauntlets and shields built to withstand a real tournament-strength blow. We know exactly which areas need reinforcing for maximum protection while keeping movement free.
We also forge historical melee weapons – swords, axes, clubs and spearheads – with weight and balance matched to their historical counterparts, so the weapon feels natural in a fighter's hand.
Alongside the metal components we make everything else a set needs: padded underarmour, leather belts, weapon sheaths and other essential accessories. Clients don't need to source separate craftsmen for every piece.
For interiors and collections we also craft decorative knight figures and weapon replicas, suited as a striking accent for a home or an office space.

Every fighter has their own style, so we adapt blade length, weight and grip shape to individual physical measurements and fighting manner. Armour sets are likewise built to a specific person's body measurements, and on request we can incorporate personal heraldry or a client's own drawings.
We work with reenactment communities both in Lithuania and abroad – our pieces travel to clients from Europe to America. Our craftsmanship has been tested in tournaments, so we know what actually holds up in real combat, not just what looks impressive in photos.

Is your armour suitable for real combat?
Yes, most of what we make is built for full-contact knightly combat. In the forging process we know exactly which parts of a set need reinforcing to withstand a genuine tournament blow, and which can stay lighter so movement remains free. For clients who only need a display or collector's piece, we can also produce sets without combat-grade reinforcement.
How long does a full armour set take to make?
Depending on complexity and the smiths' current workload, a complete set takes anywhere from a few months to half a year. The timeline depends on the number of components, the precision of custom measurements and any additional decorative work. We agree the exact schedule with you before work begins, so you know when to expect the finished piece.
Do you make weapons to custom measurements?
Yes, for every commission we adapt blade length, weight and grip shape to your physical measurements and fighting style. The same applies to armour – it's built and fitted to your individual body measurements so it sits precisely and doesn't restrict movement during combat or a performance.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, pieces from our forge travel successfully to clients around the world – from Europe to America. We work with reenactment communities and individual collectors in a number of countries, and we discuss shipping logistics individually based on order size and destination.
