Testimonials
The laser show was truly impressive – striking, precisely aimed patterns of light held the whole hall spellbound. The attention to detail was a joy: a wonderful accent for the opening of the event, creating a real "wow" effect from the very first minutes!
This show surprised everyone! The Viduramžiai LT team created a real illusion at our event. Levitation, performers vanishing and suddenly reappearing, light painting in the air — fantastic. We truly recommend it.
It was something incredible! It looked like the dancer was controlling the cosmos with her hands. Guests couldn't tell where reality ended and the movie began.
It was something unbelievable! The lasers simply filled the whole hall, and the dancers moving through the light tunnels looked like they were from another world. Very modern and stylish.
We booked it as a surprise for the anniversary — the effect was a perfect ten.
We feel completely at ease working with the Viduramžiai LT team. Whichever show you choose, you know the audience will enjoy the spectacle. The illusion show will make you doubt your own eyes. It's a great show that both surprises and makes you smile.
The most modern performance we've ever seen. Our company logo emerging from a swirl of light left a huge impression on all our partners.
A great choice for a corporate party. A safe, clean performance, but the emotion and the wow effect are huge.
It was something incredible! Our guests kept asking for a long time afterwards how those lasers didn't cut his hands.
At our wedding, shadow theatre told our whole love story. Our guests cried with emotion. It was so much more than just a performance — it was the language of the soul.
For a conference, a gala dinner or a product launch
That is no accident — lasers perform best in enclosed spaces that can be fully darkened, and the capital has the country's widest choice of them: hotel ballrooms, lofts, arenas and conference centres. The programmes are listed below; this page covers what is worth knowing when planning a laser show for an event in Vilnius.
Business events in the capital have a rhythm of their own: an annual conference that turns into an evening celebration, a gala dinner with an awards segment, or a product launch that needs a clear high point. In that setting lasers behave like a precision instrument in the programme — the act starts and ends exactly on cue, does not depend on weather or the hour, and leaves the rest of the evening's schedule untouched.
For a product or brand launch, the show can become the reveal itself: a story told in light leads the audience to a finale where a logo, a slogan or the symbol of the new product appears in mid-air. That personalised ending is agreed with your marketing team in advance, so the visual matches the brand.
Hotel ballrooms, lofts and arenas — where lasers are at home
Laser and illusion programmes are an indoor-native genre: there is no open flame and no sparks, so they suit venues with strict fire-safety rules — hotel ballrooms, conference centres, lofts and arenas. Vilnius offers the country's widest choice of such spaces, so nearly every format finds a fitting hall.
Two qualities of the space matter most: the room must be possible to darken, and the venue has to agree to a haze effect, which makes the beams visible in the air. The high ceilings of lofts and arenas give the light architecture extra volume, but the show reads just as strongly in a compact restaurant or hotel hall — the performance area adapts to the room.
Unlike open-air acts, a laser show does not depend on the season or on sunset: if the hall can be darkened, the programme works in the middle of a daytime conference just as well as on a bright summer evening.
Where the show sits in your event script
A laser act can play different roles: it can open the event and pull every eye to the stage, become the culmination before the party part of the evening, or mark the key moment — an award being handed over, or news you want to announce with impact.
We agree the exact timing, the soundtrack and the stage handover with your host or agency in advance, so the act flows into the script without gaps. For a longer block of light, several programmes from our laser and illusion family can be joined into one continuous story — from live-steered beams to a full illusion spectacle.
The answers people need most
How much does a laser show cost in Vilnius?
Laser and illusion program prices in Vilnius start from €550. The final price depends on the format, the venue and the date – leave a request and within one business day you will receive an offer with an exact price for your event.
What does the venue need to allow for a laser show to work?
Two things above all: the room must be possible to darken (curtains or controllable lighting), and a haze effect must be permitted — without it the beams would be barely visible in the air. We clear both points with the venue in advance; for most event spaces in Vilnius this is routine.
How is the setup coordinated with the hotel or hall?
Before confirming the booking we review the space — in person or from plans and photos: where the performance area sits, where the audience is, and how the lighting and ventilation are controlled. The haze effect is agreed separately with the venue's management so it does not conflict with the fire-alarm system. We set up and test everything before the guests arrive.
Can the show be combined with other parts of the programme?
Yes — most often it is placed as the opener, as the culmination before the party, or as a brand-reveal moment. We sync the timing with your host, band or DJ, and several of our light programmes can be joined into a longer continuous block.
How far ahead should we book a date?
The earlier, the more choice: December corporate-party weeks and Friday evenings fill up first. If you want a personalised finale with your logo in mid-air, extra time is also needed to prepare the visual — so we recommend getting in touch as soon as the event date is set.
Is a laser show possible at a daytime conference?
Yes, if the hall can be darkened — what matters to lasers is darkness in the room, not the hour on the clock. Conference-centre and hotel halls usually have controllable lighting and blackout, so the act works between daytime sessions as well as in the evening part of the programme.
