Why there is no single price
"Fire show" is not one service but a whole family of programmes – from an intimate performance by two people in a country-house courtyard to a spectacle that fills a city square. So the question "how much does a fire show cost" has several correct answers, and they can differ several times over.

Programme scope
The biggest factor is the scope of the programme: how long it runs, how many performers it takes and which effects it uses. A longer show with a storyline, several characters and special stage effects needs more people, more equipment and more preparation than a short performance with a few tools.
Effects are a line of their own. A rain of sparks, pyrotechnic fans, burning decorations or a logo laid out in fire each carry a cost, but they are usually what becomes the photograph of the evening. When choosing, think not about the number of effects but about the one moment your guests will remember.
Venue and distance
The second factor is where the event takes place. Travel logistics are built into the proposal up front, so the final amount does not change in the last week: for an event in Latvia or at the other end of the country the proposal includes the journey from the start.
The venue itself can also change the programme: a tight old-town courtyard or an indoor space needs different solutions than an open meadow. Sometimes that means a smaller format, sometimes a programme without open flame, which is priced differently.
The date: what it changes and what it does not
The calendar affects the price less than people assume – the price is set by the scope of the programme, not by the day of the week. What the date really changes is availability: the most popular dates – summer weekends and December – fill up first. Booking early decides whether the date is free at all far more than it decides the sum on the proposal.

What is included
The programme price includes things clients often do not expect: professional sound equipment and the music track, costumes, extinguishing gear, all the equipment and an early arrival to set up. From you we need only the venue and a contact person – there is no equipment or security to source.
Not included is what depends on the venue: for instance, clearing a public space with the municipality is the organiser's process, for which we prepare the information required.
