Medieval Tent and Pavilion Rental

We rent out historical pavilions and tents sewn to medieval patterns — with no modern plastic frames or synthetic fabrics. That production philosophy shapes both the look and the feel: guests see dense fabric, natural tones and a traditional silhouette, not an obvious party decoration. That is exactly why the tents often become the centrepiece of an event rather than just its backdrop.

We have been staging medieval-themed programmes since 2004, and we know that the setting carries half of the impression — so we treat choosing the right tents as a set-design task, not just a rental order. While their main purpose is representative and educational, the tents are also fully suited for overnight stays — which matters for longer festivals, camps or multi-day events where part of the team or the guests stay overnight on site.

The range covers many shapes and sizes — from small market shelters to spacious knightly quarters that fit a dozen or more people. We choose the exact combination based on guest numbers and the site layout, so the tents take up the right amount of space without crowding movement between them.

Walls are configured to suit the occasion: open for airflow on a hot day, or closed for protection from wind and from prying eyes. The fabric is dense and stands up to moderate rain as well as direct sunlight, so a tent works both as shade on a hot summer day and as shelter if it starts raining unexpectedly.

Tents are best set up on soft ground — grass or earth — where wooden stakes can be driven in firmly. On hard surfaces such as paving or asphalt, extra weights or other anchoring solutions are required; we always agree these details in advance, after viewing the specific venue.

The service covers the full cycle: we deliver the tents to the venue, assemble them professionally before the event and take them down afterwards — you don't need to find a separate crew or handle the technical side. Setup is done by people who work with these structures regularly, so the build goes quickly and without improvisation on site.
